Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the member ("Member") and Marie Luxe Spa ("Spa"). By enrolling in the membership program, Member agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Services and Referrals: a. Memberships and associated services are non-transferable and may only be utilized by the enrolled Member. b. A successful referral is defined as bringing in a new, first-time paying client to Marie Luxe Spa. Referral benefits are applicable only when the referred client completes a paid service.
Referral Usage: a. Referral benefits can only be used on new clients who have not previously received services at Marie Luxe Spa.
Service Flexibility: a. The services included in each membership tier are fixed and cannot be swapped for other services.
Cancellation: a. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time without incurring additional fees.
Membership Abuse: a. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the membership program, including referrals, will result in immediate termination of the membership. Marie Luxe Spa reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Exclusive Membership Benefits: a. Exclusive membership benefits are designed solely for the enrolled Member and are not transferable to other individuals.
Payment and Billing: a. Members agree to keep valid payment information on file for automatic billing. b. Monthly membership fees are subject to change with a 30-day notice provided to Members.
Termination of Membership: a. Marie Luxe Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion, especially in cases of membership abuse or violation of these terms.
Modification of Terms: a. Marie Luxe Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with advance notice to Members.
Governing Law: a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
Rollover Procedure: a. Members who are unable to utilize their membership services in a particular month may request a rollover of those services to the following month. b. Rollover services are limited to one month. If not utilized in the subsequent month, they will be forfeited.
Cancellation and Unused Services: a. If a Member decides to cancel their membership and has unused services, those services will remain valid for 30 days post-termination. b. After the 30-day period, any remaining unused services will be voided without exceptions.
Unused Services on Hold: a. In special cases, Members may request to temporarily hold their membership due to extenuating circumstances. During the hold period, unused services remain valid. b. Upon resuming the membership, the standard rollover and expiration policies will apply.
Returned Payments or Insufficient Funds: A charge of $35 will be applied for returned payments or insufficient funds. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for automatic monthly charges.
By enrolling in the membership program at Marie Luxe Spa, the Member acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
